How do I order the products?
The Moonlux product is currently available both in retail and whole basis, but we don't have a shopping cart
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included in the cost of your order if you are ordering within the U.S.
Do I have to worry about my Moonlux product getting too hot during the night?
No. Once you select the desired setting from the control panel, the machine will shut itself off after it has achieved that setting. Just set it and forget it.
If the machine doesn't run all night long, won't I get cold during the night?
No. That's because by the time the machine has warmed your bed to 65° F, your mattress and covers have absorbed a good deal of that heat without taking on any unwanted humidity. This accumulated warmth will continue to keep you comfortable as you sleep.The only time you may lose heat during the night would be if you get out of bed and leave the covers open long enough for them to cool down.
What warranty protection do you offer? What is your return/replacement policy?
Moonlux offers a 1 year warranty against defective workmanship or malfunctions. During this period we will send you a replacement for any damaged or defective product. If you wish to return your order for any other reason, you have 1 week from the date you receive the order to return the product (with all original parts and packaging intact) in exchange for a refund.
How to Obtain Warranty Service:
You must contact customer service at our toll free number: 1-877-213-5459.You will be issued a case no. and asked to return the product to Moonlux Corp. Attach a tag to the product that includes: your name, address, daytime phone no. case no and decription of the problem.A copy of original sales receipt must also be inluded.Carefully package the tagged product with the sales receipt and send it back with your own carriers, suh as UPS, US Potal Service or Fedex(buyers are responsible for all return shipping cost, All return package must be prepaid
